Silent partnership – We provide capital but have no control over management or employment. Our return on investment is a set dividend per month.

Minority partnership – We purchase a minority stake in the business, and help implement marketing and sales strategies, and the basic business structure. Our return on investment is a set percentage based on growth and profit, and a minimum payback per month.

For business purchases, the pricing will be determined by the industry, and then aspects of your individual business.

For partnership and management arrangements, the pricing will be determined through negotiations with the current owner or management.
